Our Service Department has an experienced staff of service advisors and technicians to keep your GM vehicle in like new condition. Constant Factory training on the latest advances in the automobile industry is mandatory for our technicians. Today's vehicles are outfitted with more than 50 computers, making it them a 1,000 times more complex than the Apollo 11 that went to the moon. We make sure that our technicians have the latest training and are equipped with the latest technology necessary to repair the most complex of vehicles. Our friendly service writers will be glad to talk with you about your vehicles service needs.
Shuttle Service
Our shuttle is available to get you where you need to go, anywhere in the greater Chicopee area. Even if your vehicle will only be with us for a short time, you may want to hitch a ride to Home Depot, Costco or one of the other major retailers which are just a few minutes away. If you are dropping your vehicle off in the morning and need to get to work, please show up early and we'll do our best to get you there on time.
Early Bird Drop Off
For your convenience we offer a night drop off box built into the service entrance door. Remove an envelope from the box, complete the information on the out side of the envelope including a phone number where you can be reached that day. Lock your doors, put the keys in the envelope and slip it through the slot in the door.
Appointment Policy
We work on an appointment basis in order to serve you better. Please call our service department to make an appointment in advance. Most of the time appointments can be made for the next day. If you car is not drivable and needs towed in, we will try our best to get you going the same day. No appointments are needed for oil changes.
